As a military couple, it is always hard leaving a place where we have made friends. It is even more difficult going to a new place and trying to start all over again. However, New Life Family Church made this PCS much more comfortable. We found New Life Family Church by searching online. The first week that we visited we knew it would be our church home for our time at Ft. Stewart. I (Sara) fell in love with the worship, and my husband (Jacob) really liked the sermon. However, the thing that most spoke to us was the people. The best way to describe them is real. We have been to many churches throughout our time in the army and met many people, and though they have all been wonderful, we have not known a group of people who have been more loving and more helpful than the people at NLFC. The church has been a blessing through a deployment, a move, and has never hesitated to help those who need it. They will always have a special place in our hearts and a key part in our walk with God. ~S.J.Adams
I moved to Fort Stewart right after getting married. My husband and I searched for 5 months for a church that was friendly, loving, and challenged us to learn and apply God's word to our lives. When we finally found New Life, it felt like home. I enjoyed a women's Bible study, and Daniel had great fellowship with men's get-togethers. I've never seen God move in such big ways in such a small church. We miss you all and love you!

We moved from California to Georgia in 2016 because my husband got stationed at Fort Stewart. I searched around online and saw the website for New Life family church. We only lived in Georgia for 2.5 years, but we experienced more love there at that church in those 2.5 years than we've ever experienced anywhere else. Being so far away from our family was so hard, but New Life stood in for our loved ones who were all over on the West Coast. They were our church family through the birth of our youngest Ayla Jayne, and Pastor Dennis dedicated her to the Lord. Now that we are back on the West Coast, we miss our New Life church family immensely, and are still in the process of trying to find a church family here. Those are some big shoes to fill. We love you New Life family and we thank you so much for loving us as much as you have. We can't wait to all be together again, worshiping our Lord and Savior, for eternity. God Bless, The Price Family
I first came to New Life Family Church in 2015. My husband was on a training mission in Germany and we were financially and emotionally struggling in our marriage. We had lost two babies and I was pregnant with our third baby and it was high risk. I didn’t work so finances were really tight and we did not qualify for public assistance. I had gone to a local food bank in Hinesville one day and I met a woman that told me about the Hanger at New Life. She did not have the address she just spewed out some directions and I followed them hoping and praying I would find the Hanger she spoke about. I will never forget that day. I arrived a little early so I wasn’t sure I was on the right place but I waited. Sure enough I was at the right location and they opened I walked up with my SeaHawk jersey on. As stood there while they prepared a bag for me, that is when I met Pastor Dennis. He made a joke about my team and stated that he was a Packer fan. That day he invited me to come back for church on Sunday. That very invite changed my life and my marriage!! I didn’t make it back that very next Sunday but I did come the following Sunday. I remember showing up and Pastor said hello my Seahawks friend has joined us today. That is the day I met his wife Jodi. It made me feel so welcome that he remembered me and I thought this is the kind of church family I have been looking for. A pastor that truly wants to know his people. Jodi invited me to start coming to bible study and they introduced me to the Bible. My husband came home and he too fell in love with the church. When I would look over and see my teenager taking notes in church I knew we were in good hands. The whole congregation is so open and loving. Everyone I crossed paths with were wonderful. It is truly a family there and we truly miss them. Even though our time there was short because we moved in 2016, the love that they showed us is with us forever. They truly live the ministry that they teach and follow the word of God! I could go on and on but I think I have made my point! I love New Life Family Church! The Collins Family
Worship Workshop
A few pictures from our Worship Workshop that was put together by Miss Lori and Miss Elizabeth! They both shared their hearts for worshiping God through flags and dance. Miss Lori talked about what the color of each flag means and Miss Elizabeth showed everyone some different ways of dance and worship.
